Head of Digital Transformation (Ref: RO-HDT) Responsibilities: Lead the independent department to deliver on the transformation process of the Bank in order to achieve business objectives and strategies and to improve customer experience in a timely manner Plan and design the Bank’s digital transformation roadmap and strategy Manage and implement the bank’s digital projects related to digitalization of work process and deployment of mobilization technology Provide expertise to ensure that the Bank’s key digital transformation projects are run to time and with a high quality Manage E-Banking Team and its related projects Collaborate with business users and provide User Requirement to IT Department Collaborate and negotiate with IT Department and vendors for digital projects Responsible for the vendor selection, price quotation / negotiation and cost evaluation Requirements: University degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, e-Commerce, IT or other related field with minimum 10 years IT / digital working experience, of which minimum 7 years at managerial level Good knowledge on IT infrastructure, cyber security, transformation, digital market trend and latest technology in banking industry, especially on internet and mobile platforms Familiar with banking / financial products & services / operations / regulations Solid experience in managing projects of business process improvement Experience in banking industry will be an added advantage Good knowledge on management skill & people management and vendor management Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Deputy Manager (Remittance & Trade Finance) (Ref: RO-DMRTF) Supervise staff of Remittance & Settlement and Trade Finance and be responsible for managing and administering all operational aspects, documentary credits, import and export bills activities Establish standard operating procedures and ensure that the procedures, credit policy and AML Policy are strictly followed and review the procedures and policies periodically Advise on appropriate technology and operations supports to business units Arrange to review, propose and implement changes to improve and streamline the operations workflow, procedures and system functions Ensure the Bank’s operational policies / risk management systems are properly implemented in accordance with the requirements of the HKMA, HKICL, etc. and exercising best practice Lead all related projects from time to time, from providing user requirement to end-to-end testing Degree holder in Banking / Business Administration or other related disciplines with minimum 10 years’ solid operations experience in banking industry of which at least 5 years at managerial level Excellent inter-personal and managerial skills Good PC knowledge Assistant / Dealing Manager (Ref: RO-DM) Assist in supervision of the dealing operation Assist in monitoring of the securities trading activities Assist in compiling product documentation, manuals and guidelines Knowledge and exposure on wealth products an added advantage Participate in system enhancement/integration projects and other ad hoc operational projects Co-operate with all relevant departments to ensure compliance in all operational areas University degree holder with minimum 5 years’ experience in securities industry Relationship Manager / Officer, Branch Banking (Ref: RO-BRM) Explore business opportunities from existing and potential customers, with emphasis in commercial area Solicit and develop new SME/commercial/retail loan business and achieve assigned sales target Maintain close business relationship with existing and new customers by providing quality services Conduct marketing calls and visits to prospective clients for business solicitation in order to expand customer base Tertiary education with minimum 3 years of relevant experience Qualification of HKSI, IIQE and MPF preferred Strong business connection and able to develop new business and expand existing business Candidate with less experience will be considered as Relationship Officer With Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) qualification is preferable Senior / Accounting Officer (Ref: RO-SAO) Prepare financial, management and risk-based reports in compliance with requirements of management and head office Compile the Group’s general ledger operations and accounting assignments Ensure payments are made in accordance with the established policies and limits Review, endorse and approve the daily accounting vouchers before posting to the system Degree holder in accounting or finance Minimum 2 years solid working experience, preferably in banking or financial institution Student member of recognized accounting body Good communication skills in both English and Chinese Proficient in MS Office applications (in particular MS-Excel) Please visit our website https://www.publicbank.com.hk/en/aboutus/careeropportunities for other career opportunities within our Group.
