Job Highlights 1 year of proven experience in medical devices sales Excellent communication & negotiation skills Results-oriented 一年以上醫療器材產品銷售經驗 Job Description As a medical devices Sales Representative with experience, you will be responsible for promoting our medical products to healthcare professionals, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our product portfolio in an ethical and compliant manner. Key Responsibilities: Promote and educate healthcare professionals on our products, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their features, benefits, and applications. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets within your territory. Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, and other key decision-makers. Identify and target key opinion leaders in the medical community to support product advocacy and endorsements. Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and product knowledge to provide informed and credible information to clients. Comply with all ethical and regulatory guidelines, ensuring full adherence to industry standards. Collaborate with the marketing team to support the development and execution of product promotion campaigns and educational programs. Attend medical conferences, seminars, and industry events to represent the company and network with clients. Provide regular sales reports, updates, and insights to management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Life Sciences, or Business preferred). At least 1 year of proven experience in medical devices sales. Strong knowledge of medical devices products, the healthcare industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ethical and compliant sales approach, understanding and adhering to industry regulations. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
